Timeless Victorian doors for a contemporary self-build
The Objectives
This was a superb project to work on as the client was already well-versed in our luxury doors, having heard recommendations of our services from many trusted builders. The Glasgow-based self-builder was looking to create a unique interior that facilitated a contemporary lifestyle, while subtly nodding to traditional values. With an extremely detailed and specific vision, the client chose Deuren for its unrivalled quality and bespoke services.
Deuren's Solution
With such a clear picture of what they wanted, the client instantly chose our luxurious Victorian internal doors, perfectly adding the traditional feel they desired.
Using Farrow & Ball-matched ‘Railings’, a softer alternative to black, for the door leaves and white for the frame and architraves, our bespoke doors featured an unrivalled style, innovative features and leading hardware, including Buster & Punch handles in black. We manufactured 11 matching doors, using the highest-quality engineered timber to ensure flawless continuity throughout the property. The doors were perfectly complemented by clay plaster installed by Mudco Ltd.
